ECON311 is the first course in the Econometrics sequence. This course is designed to provide students with an introductory level of the econometrics and its practices. Practical issues is going to be studied in the lab lectures exercising with real data set by using Eviews and Stata softwares. Topics include Classical Linear Regression; Methods of Estimation; goodness of fit and test of hypothesis; model specification and model selection
