Ders Tanıtımı:

The objective of the course is to introduce the students to the study of fiscal policy and some of the ongoing academic debates. In this course the following topics will be covered: types of government expenditure, different views towards government expenditure, taxation,  types of inflation and fiscal policies against inflation, role of treasury and central bank, seignorage and the Laffer curve, crating revenue through government bonds, international fiscal institutions, foreign aid, depression, tax policies to cure depression, stagflation, solving the problem of stagflation
